Apr 02, · Report. referencing We Are Frank Chickens, LP, KAZ LP 2. The Frank Chickens were a sort of cabaret comedy funk outfit, fronted by two Japanese lasses going by the names of Kazuko Hohki and Kazumi Taguchi, backed by a couple of chaps playing the instruments called Steve Beresford and David Toop. They produced three albums in the mid to late 80s, the first of which, We Are Frank Chickens /5(71).
